Dear Sir,
I would like to tell about the fraud with me ICICI Bank (A/c no 002801500228), please guide me to complaint against them. Actually in my complete transactions ICICI Prudential, ICICI credit card division (Card no 4629860470524006)and ICICI Bank all three are involved, the complete details are as:-
In January 2008 I received a msg on my Mobile that your we debited Rs 750 from your credit card for ICICI Prudential policy, same day I called them but they are unable to know about the transaction, then I lodge complaint via email and got reply that after investing the matter will get back to you, after lot of follow up they said that we dont know about this transaction and you have to confirm with ICICI Prudential. Then I try to contact with them on phone but they were unable to find then I repeat the same procedure and write a complaint thru email, again same story they said you have to contact with credit card division then I started to keep loop of both of them and then after 5-6 Months they realized that they have issued policy and adress & contact details of that policy is diffrent and we will revert your money but I never received it at my end and that time dues shown in my credit card account and they continuously adding their all charges on my card. Same time Rs 3500 again debit through my credit card against same policy & it again start showing in my account, when I saw it again they said that 30 days is over and now we cant do anything.
After that they assured that all the charges has nil. but just now i came to know i m in defaulder list when i have applied for car loan
Now I want to know that how I have to make complaint and who will help me to come out from this issue.
