I applied car loan in SBI. In my CIBIL report one credit card is coming as write OFF, which card is not owned by me.

This HDFC credit card is owned by some other Deepak Kumar from Bhatinda.

The SBI kept in hold my loan.

The HDFC and CIBIL taking time to settle this issue.

How can I sue CIBIL or HDFC for putting someone else credit card in my CIBIL report.
