Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I have applied for car loan in the month of October-2011. My loan was approved for the amount of Rs. 2, 70,000/-. I have purchased the vehicle (Alto K 10) from Autopace on behalf of approval letter provided by HDFC bank on 01st of November 2011.
Be informed that after daily follow-up with banker & Loan Manager Mr. Anil Kumar-HDFC Bank, Bank house Chandigarh, bank has not disbursed the payment till 30th November 2011. Now dealer is asking for late fee against late payment.
Please note:
Be informed that I have already registered complaint in HDFC bank Customer Care (Complaint no. - 2080509529) against the issue mentioned above but no action has been taken till date.
- I have purchased the vehicle on 01 November 2011 on behalf of approval letter provided by HDFC Bank Ltd.
- HDFC bank has not disbursed the amount to Dealer till 30th November 2011.
- Due to late payment dealer has not cleared my docs pertaining to registration of vehicle (FORM-21, 22 & invoice) till date. Resulting I am not able to apply for registration of vehicle.
- Dealer is asking for late fee against late payment.
- My temporary no. has been already expired on 30th Nov. 2011.
- Govt. Authority will also impose late fee to me regarding registration of vehicle.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the bank to pay the late fee to dealer and Govt.Authority regarding registration of vehicle.
I will be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.
