Dear Sir,
I have applied for car loan to HDFC Bank on 14th sept. 2011 but bank refused to give me loan due to my poor credit rating by CIBIL. I found that in my cibil report my name is different with name of surender Singh Rathore and voter ID and licence no also differ but my PAN no is same so all outstanding of Surender Singh Rathore are shown in my PAN no so due to that outstanding my credit rating are poor but i have never taken any loan from any bank. so i request on 25th sept.2011 to cibil for clear all issues than cibil assured me we have cleared all things with in a month but till now situation is same cibil dont give any clarification about mistakes and nothing any positive from last three months. Due to which i am facing lot of problems to take any loan from banks. I have also need of housing loan but due to my poor report by cibil i cant get any loan
so i request you to take action against CIBIL for delaying their clreance or suggest me to take appropriate action against CIBIL.
