Sir, i have taken education loan from punjab national bank (main branch Ghazipur u.p.) the amount of loan is one lakh but they taken guarrantte of third person and as a security they taken bare check of my father pnb account. There is no any rule like this. I want to know that what i can do in this condition i want that they return my father bare check.
