Axis bank pune sanctioned home loan last year . I already paying the whole EMI despite partial bisbursement by the bank. as my property is ready , bank is not disbursing the amount. As interest rates have gone up bank has forced me to increase the EMI amount . even after that it is not disbursing the remaining amount for which i have paid interest for last 1 year or more.
