I am Abhinav kumar,s/o Ajay kumar,village-Bishnupur Birauli,post-Dighra,Dist-samastipur,state-Bihar, pin code-848115.I am a student of BE in Annamalai University,chidambaram,Tamilnadu.I am appliying an education loan in the Gramin Bank of India,Gadhiya chowk,Dist-samastipur,State-Bihar,pin code-848115 in November 2010.From that times ownward the Bank manager (CHANDRAMOHAN ROY) always wants new documents .one time i submitted all the documents(AICT,EXPENDITURE,BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE) AFTER that i submitted calling card,admision card .and fullfill all the documents that bank wants..but after that bank was not given me the loan and return my documents... I belongs to a very poor family and not able to give the fee of the Institute if bank will not give me the loan. I kindly requested you to take some legal action and give me the advice that helpfull in finding the loan..
