sir,i am in need of money and i applied to a private company ''vertex capital group'' which gave it's ad in a classified site,and i approached i have paid money 1000+1000 as verification charges . finally they sent sanctioned letter for 9 lakh rupees,and they asked for 18,700 as legal charges and i paid through bank account, they sanctioned loan on my agriculture land.
now they are asking for NOC & solvency certificates.i would like to know that is there any legal problem with this?, and can i believe in this company?
Is there any possibility for this type of loans which are @3% p.a
