I have settle my pl loanwith barclays, because of same issue from bank call centre the payment of settlement was missed. but we paid finall all amount and additional 10000 for sattlement letter. But now they say they canot provide us the settlement letter because we have brokan the clause. Their was no letter sent from them regarding same we thought it settle as the agency said the lettler that we provided is trhe settlement letter no other document was provided now afet a year still agency persons comes to uor place and ask for EMI when we were told that the amount we paid was for settlement. Now tell me what can i do. Please advice soon.
