I had lost my standard chartered credit card on 6th July, 2003.. Had called the customer care helpline on 8th July 2003 and spoken to Priety.. Who had on my request blocked my card and confirmed that no transaction had been made till then.. But I was shocked to see my statement showing some cash withdrawl of 9000rs on 7th July from an ATM.. Wrote various lettes to the bank but got no responsse.. And after so many years have received a legal notice from recovery agents asking me to pay arnd 2lac Rs to settle the dispute. What should I do? Is it possible to get the recording of what I had spoken to the executive...
