    Default Car Loan

    Dear Sir Madam,

    We have a housing loan and car loan from ICICI Bank in mumbai. In 2010 we have requested to settle our car loan as we were in no position to pay the dues but no action was taken. Suddenly now after 9 months we are receiving threatening calls from ICICI agency "Name Of the agency VAISHNAVI ASSOCIATES - Owner - Mohan Pujari - Tele Caller - Ravi. This agency daily calls on my number from different mobile number and abuses to pay the dues. We have communicated with all the manager in Andheri Branch to solve our problem but we have no response.
    We would like to get help on the same and also strict action to be taken against this agency so that other customers are protected from such agencies.
