hi i have a home loan no. 226260 , from citibank , i want to pre close the loan . its same again charges of 2 % . when i spoke to them they have excuse of that it is only applicable to institutional banks like LIC etc. etc. which i doubt is the law . the law is ame for all. i request some senior member to reciprocate and take this action seriously.
