    Angry Bag it today fraud

    On nov 4th i got a call from an executive Mr Raj Malhotra from bag it today where he informed me that i have randomly been chosen for the top ten winners of sweepstakes for dec 2011 and was a sure winner. but i had to purchase a diamond set at 21999 to be able to claim my prize, he also supplied false information regarding the true value and clarity of the diamonds,
    when i was called later by another employee of bag it today to confirm my order i was informed that there is no such thing as a sure winner and i can cancel my order if i want, i told her to immediately cancel my order which she did and promised me a full refund, on nov 8 i got a cancellation email and a call from bag it today where i was given a cancellation number and promised a refund in 2-3 working days
    On Nov 15th i got sms from bag it today stating that they are unable to process my order within the requested time and are trying to do it as soon as possible, wondering what was happening i called the customer care again and was shocked to realize that they did not have any information regarding cancellation of my order, he told me that he can cancel my order now but when i told him that i had already cancelled my order and also have a cancellation number and email he told me they will contact me in 24 hours.
    I had to turn to this forum as i am sure that something wrong is going on, the statements of bag it today employees have been misleading and their actions have been suspicious. i have recorder all the telephonic conversations and am willing to take legal action against bag it today in case they fail to refund soon.
