ICICI Bank Collection Agents harassment

Even though I have been a good customer to ICICIC by completing previous loans perfectly, the ICICI Bank's Personal Loan Recovery Agents harassment was so horrible and we have gone up to the police station for complaining about their serious threats. The Bank staff in the assistant manager level also accompanied with them for such a misconduct. The bank managers are blindly supporting the agents for all kind of harassments. They are not even ready to act as a bank staff and work for the agents. Please give some valuable suggestions to take it up with their higher levels directly.

Never trust theses ICICI A**holes, everyone in the office is committed to harass customers including the senior officials,,they have the guts to say you guys cant do anything, we will flleece you off your money ..I strongly advice you to record all conversations and insist on only documented communication as far as possible.
