HDFC sales loan team,

I have been calling Vijay sharma in vain to get the disbursements for my
approved loan since last couple of weeks, I have been promised to get the
paper work and loan disbursed in 3-4 days. However I see that I have been
calling Vijay since then, initially he took a couple of calls but now he
disconnects my number. I see this no way to treat a customer, after having
paid the loan processing fee, I feel cheated ... and now I carry a very bad
opinion about HDFC staff for being un professional, and I am not
recommending your services to any one any more.

Can your team look into this and have my loan disbursement complete on
priority.
