Respected Sir,
I applied for an education loan from HDFC BANK (Green Park)Branch on 14th July 2009
with all my documents.I was assured of disbursement in 3-4 days and when i called on
Saturday(18th July) they said it would be done on Monday.When i din't received any
call till evening(20th July) i called up the manager and he informed that it would
be done that day itself and i never got any call since then. On the 22nd July after
getting frustrated i asked for his senior's number M.R AMIT KUMAR SINGH (RSM) and he
verbally informed of waiving the late fee as it would be reimbursed by them.

There has been a late fee of Rs 7500 and once i paid that amount they turned from
their words and the RSM called my brother for a settlement of one month which is
equal to Rs2424.Now when i escalated this matter to their grievance cell they after
taking so many days sent a letter to my house stating that i gave my documents on
20th July and the draft was couriered on 23rd July and i should drop my claim as it
is my fault.

Sir i have taken the call details and it shows that i spoke on both these days
mentioned above i.e 18th July and 20th July and i have spoken to RSM as well but
they were made from my landline number.If my provider would be wiiling to give those
details i can very well prove them wrong because if according to them i gave it on
20th July then i won't be making mails and calls on that day regarding the delay.

Secondly i can send you the scanned image of call details and draft which shows that
the calls have been made to them and the draft printing date is 24th July and it was
couriered on 25th morning.

Thirdly we also received a call from their office landline on 14th Jily to confirm
the details of my brother office address as i submitted my documents on 14th July.

Lastly i have mails send on 20th July and various other days which proves that i
have submitted well in time on 14th July.

And they can also check from the CCTV's installed there and it would not take much
time.

Hoping for a reply as to how to deal with such a fraud company like this.
