Dear Consumer Court
I had applied for a finance for a fridge to bajaj finance from Spencer's
Gurgaon. They made me run for 2 days regarding the documents even when
all the documents asked for earlier were in order. Their agents also has
nexus with other traders and I got a call from some other trader whom I
had not approached. Since I raised this issue the agent has made sure to
harass me. I had arranged all the 'missing' documents as said by him
today morning and went back to him in the evening as discussed with him.
The urgency for the fridge was because we needed it to keep the
medicines which obviously got spoilt as I am running after this agent
since 2 days. Today evening wheni went back to him he was suddenly
nowhere to be found and also his next in charge Mr. Sandeep(09811078828)
who was well aware of the whole case refused to pick the phone.
Subsequently I had a word with someone called RAHUL who promised to look
after the matter. Because of this attitude the medicines that I
purchased were wasted. I hope you guide me as to what is required to be
done regarding this matter. Waiting for an early response.
