Sir,
With due respect, i want to submit a complained against axis bank, whose
employ has fraud with me. I had taken a loan for amount of Rs.1,25,000/- and the
employ of the Bank Mr. Vijay Kumar has collected all the documents from me and Nine
cheques from me which were signed by me and crossed by me. I have not written the
bank name because the employ Mr. Vijay Kumar told me that the amount and name of
bank will be fulfil by our manager and you will be provided a kit and schedule after
some time. Now near about six months have been passed but i was never failed to pay
the installment. My installments are going properly through ecs. Suddenly i got
that my installment amount was deducted twice last month from my account. I told to
Sh. Shahajan who is also the employ of AXIS Bank in Noida, Atta Market about all the
matter. He told me that the bank always takes Eight Cheques instead of Nine cheques
and we have all the eight cheques
which Mr. Vijay had submitted in the Bank. I gone to Noida and met with Mr.
Shahajahan and get the photocopies of all the eight cheques. Then I gone to PNB
Rajouri Garden where i have my saving account and asked to Manager,PNB that please
tell me that in which account my amount of Rs.3739/- has been transfer. He told me
that you can get the said information from our C.P. Branch. Then I gone there,
there the dealing assistant told me that give me in wiriting and you will get the
korier within three days. When i did not received the said korrier i approached
the CP Branch and received the photocopy of said cheque and found that said amount
has been transfered in the account of Mr.Mahesh whose account is in Sindicate Bank
Sector 16 Rohini, Delhi. When i contact to Mr. Vijay Kumar, He accepted that he
has hit the amount from my account and he feel sorry for that. He told me that he
was needy at that time. But he aggreed that he will get the
salary on 20.8.09 and return my money. After that neither he approach me nor he
refund my money. Today i.e. on 24.8.09 when i have given the message to his friend
on cell No.9268415064 that i am going to start my exercise, he is approaching me
again and again and sending me the massage also that i am ready to refund your
money and i am comming at 3.00 pm to your office, but now i don't want to
compromise because the Axis Bank and its staff has harras me too much and I want
justic and panalize them, so that they could never do next time to any body. I
think they have done such kind of exercise to other people also.
