I’d like to introduce you myself as Bhanu Pratap Singh,resident of
House#3089,Sector-23,Gurgaon-Haryana.
This is regarding my two cards with ICICI BANK Ltd. As below:
1. Gold Credit Card –
2. Loan Card –
The above said cards are overdue for payments due to irregular payments. However, I
am in touch with the ICICI Bank certified agencies for settlement of the above
cards.
Unfortunately, I am not being treated well and decently by the agency presently
handling my case. There are 2 persons visiting my house many times a day and
behaving indecently with my family. They are namely Pawan and Rohit Yadav. Nor they
are cooperating with me so that I can settle the dues. Below are point wise
mentioned several problems I am facing with them:
1. Indecent behavior
2. Visiting my residence without any prior intimation
3. Visiting my residence at odd hours(late night)
4. Forcing me to make payments at the instance as and when they visit suddenly
5. Threatening me and my family
6. Calling me at my phones many times a day and even at odd hours
7. Discussing with me for commission
8. Forcing me to make immediate payments in full


I’d want to explain you regarding the 8th point. I am requesting them to help me
settle the dues providing me 5-6 equal Installments. But they are coming up with no
solution and asking me to pay full amount in 1 shot, which is not feasible to me as
my income resources are limited.

I’d want to request you to kindly handover my case to some of your agency whose
people are decent, educated, and cooperative enough to deal with.
I hope someone from your side would take a positive initiative ASAP. Else, I’ll get
bound to contact the consumer court and other consumer help lines to get the matter
settled.

I am gowri prasad.m native of tamilnadu I was a using an ICICI CC from 2006 , and my CC no is : 4477 4687 XXXXX 4000, Due to some personal reasons i quited my software career nad had been struggled a lot for daily survivel, which made me troube paying the ICICI CC dues , and somehow after theses 3 years i have managed to get atleast a small job. by which i have planned to do the settlement for RS32k, in forthcoming 2months.. M

Meanwhile ... i have been given torture and harrasement by the ICICI legar Det ( Priyanka and Raj from CHannai ICICI) who have been troublin me. and calling to my neighbours an in-law-s and spouse and keep on being arogant over the phone which makes myself bad on image on my neighours ....

And when i asked them for a writen letter on what is been pending on my ICCI card ( as i have misplaced my card= .. they are not at all giving my credit details but they wanna to pay me to immly..

My requsest to cici is...

As i am currenly in outside the india .. and as i will return to india in 60days.. i wold like to pay the settleamount amount by mmarch itself. but the icic guys are not all listening to this... .

also they are giving harrement to my wife , parents , brother and everyone in the family is really disappointed with this..

also my mother is heart patient.. she can not able to live peacefully just bocz of this icici indecent and rube behavious.. my wife also from village type... if any thing wrong happens to any of my relatives....

then i will take this..series and see to it for the further actions....

Hello gowri prasad.m,

Don't forget to get the settlement letter form ICICI before paying any dues. We have received many complaints that after getting the settlement amount, bank official refused to give the settlement letter , which may create problems for the customer.

am a small businessman and have a personal loan with ICICI Bank. I was regular in paying my EMI since my 1st EMI due. But Due to downfall in the business, due to the recent slump few months ago, i approached the ICICI Bank to reschedule my Loan to a smaller amount of EMI so as to facilitate the timely payments. This request was put down by the Bank. i tried to convince the Bank many a times with no success. Since last 3-4 months my business has gone down drastically and am about to close my business. Due to this i am suffering from a mental setback and undergoing a medication to overcome the depression.

In such a scenario, 5 people from an ICICI collection agency approach me at my business place and mentally torture me to shell out the entire amount right away. I tried explaining them my situation and request their support. But they were not ready to budge. They forcefully took away the entire amount in my cash box leaving behind just couple of hundred rupees.

I do not want to disclose my identity as am scared of being approached by those people again and torturing me.

i am srinivasa rao k, i have taken a secure mind policy from icici lombard which they promised to cover my job loss also.so i bought it for around 5600 from these.
after few months i have lost my job in one software company.that time i called to customer care of icici lombard,they aksed me to send list of documents for claiming..nextday i have posted all the documents.
when i send a mail for asking claim of documents they not responding from 18 months.in these period i have made many remainders by sending mail..no use..no mail.no call..what should i do? it seems they are trying to hide..but i am in big financial trouble. no job from many days.still am a job seeker. but my personal loan people harshing my parents to pay money.final i am approching you for settle this matter.
