    Dear Meghal, / Ms. Sathya

Seems you are making fun of customers, I was assured the Nodal officer that
we will investigate and share the whole issue with me but after waiting for
around 10 days, I got same reply that was updated by your team member in the
very beginning. Nothing was shared with me except that the due will be
reflecting zero balance. but i don't know why you people are ignoring that
fact that it was timely false commitment and wrong information by the Bank
people due to which i did not made any due payment of amount showing because
of TIG policy (The rest trans. made by me was returned before due date if
you will check) )and this whole amount is the timely late charged set by
bank other wise it was the matter of 500 Rs only .

Now what steps have been taken by bank against the people who timely gave
wrong information to me (I believe if you have really investigate then you
might have checked the call history that was between me & your executive.).
Now if my Name could not be removed from Cibil then you can just issue a
letter in favor of me that there is no out standing of Noor Mohammad kanjwal
(becasue the stelment letter given is not consider by bank where i have
applied for loan) ) so my problem will get resolved.

Need less to says my home loan is all most approved by bank and i have
deposit not refundable 1 lake in a construction company to book house and
whole things are pending due to this small amount issue.
You can understand that as my track record with all banks is good because
of that the bank authorities informed me that they found my name in Cibil
and provide me opportunity to get NOC from HSBC so they can approve my
    loan.

Since it is the matter of life and of my whole family so again requesting
you to do some thing as per my requirement that will be your most kindness.

Again telling that i am ready to pay the rest amount but do some need full.

    Thanks & regards
    Noor Mohammad

HSBC Credit Card?, Please go for it if you are interested to get you name registered with CIBIL’s defaulters list. (I was a happy HSBC Credit card user since last 5 years, but now come in their trap, no one is there to recover you, no one to listen) In India it is difficult to get your name appear on Voter list, but very easy to be on CIBIL’s defaulter list. No investigations, nothing, what the bank says that is correct for CIBIL and will be followed by the other banks. In India more than 5 coror court cases are pending with the legal system, so court have got no time for patty issues like this, and the banks are happy to finance the richer people only (of course for secure credit), So if your name is there in CIBIL’s defaulter list, forget about the loan, the loan officer will not get approvals for your load from his management, as management understands only CIBIL’s defaulter list.

Never get into trouble by taking HSBC Credit card; I have learnt a very good leasson from HSBC. I was very prompt customer for 4 yrs and they offered me cash on EMI, once I accepted the offer; the whole story changed from a very good customer of HSBC to defaulter on CIBIL, they started putting Late Fee charges, Fin charges and all sorts of charges and making my bill huge; they made my life so unhappy that I almost end up having long chains of mails and calls just for wave off.

I never used that stupid card for one year and was only paying the EMI, again HSBC started their stupid ways of squeazing money by Late payment feed and Fin charges. I asked for settlement and they would not for which I am still suffering.

Problems: Sky Pak clerance box, Drop the cheque 10 days ahead coz we never know when the cheque will go for clerance.

Online payment; HSBC will not accept with certain banks, coz they are technically not tied up with certain banks.

Do payment at the branch; 100/- service charge extra + headache of standing in long Q coz they have only one teller for entire Hyderabad.

Pleaaaaaaaase I beg you all; NEVER GO FOR HSBC CREDIT CARD = CEIBIL defaulter.
