Dear all,

It is to state that your Bank HSBC which boasts of being world’s local bank
& claims to be a pioneer in taking care of its customers &
non-customers.

The statement of your Bank seems to be reality
is somewhat very different & 180 degree opposite of your claims.
I am a very miserable
victim of your bank. In reality, I am not a customer of your Bank. I neither
own any A/c, any credit card & nor I have taken or applied for any kind of
any relation from your Bank.

In simple words, I have
no connection with your bank & I am not the customer of your Bank also.
Even though your bank
has showed a negative rating of mine in CIBIL.

How could your bank or
officials are in position to ruin my CIBIL ratings. Your bank had booked
written off) A/c against my name in CIBIL which was never owned by me.

I was never your
customer in past, then why your Bank had ruined my CIBIL credit ratings (attached
below the mail from CIBIL) & tried to put me in defaulters list. This act
of yours has put my CIBIL credit rating Points. It is still the big wonder for
me that what inspired you people in doing this act & what benefit did your
Bank & officials got out of this illegal activity.

CIBIL is a very big
nodal agency/ institution which was made by Govt. of India & RBI to keep a
check on defaulters & appreciate the good customers of all Banks. I have
relations with ICICI, Citi, SBI, KOTAK, Kangra, etc from last many years. I am
also Income-Tax payer from last 5-6 yrs., but I have not faced any single
problems using them.

I am a good paymaster,
an honest customer with proven & sound track record. But this act by
booking an illegal or fraud write off a/c against me (which I never owned)
seems to be a very high level negligence & conspiracy.

Govt. of India & RBI
gives the right to banks to rate a customer & give ratings accordingly upon
his transactions & behaviour to reduce the defaults.

But if a Bank is indulge
in this kind of activity, what should be the punishment for the bank.

Is there any platform
for a victim of the bank conspiracy like me, who has been harassed by the bank?

Being a loyal, genuine & responsible customer, it has come
into my notice after getting records from the CIBIL. I have even applied for an
OD LIMIT in HDFC BANK for my future business expansions but my name is being
flashed & blacklisted in Customer rating banking sites such as SATYAM
ONLINE & CIBIL, etc., which puts
me into defaulters list (without defaulting any payments & without any
mistake by my side) making me in-eligible for any further financial deals &
making my future dark.

My name is being blacklisted &
is flashing on CIBIL services barring me from any further dealing with any
bank/ financial institution.

It is only & only the negligence of HSBC
& its officials who are responsible for
all the troubles which I am facing giving me bad name & putting a question
mark on my future.

where do you find my mistake in the above matter?

After being a GOOD PAYMASTER, without doing any financial default,
why am I suppose to suffer because of HSBC negligence?

Is this the way of Treating the custumers & making your presence globally?

I am very scared, after having good relations with so many
banks & maintaining my regular payment relations, my name has been
blacklisted & the bank staff are not co-operating.

I had contacted the customer care on the following dates to
resolve my issue & they have provided me the 011-41490770, this no does not
work properly & after calling many times they have also issued me the no.
of Mr, Chetanya & i.e, 0120-2517611, unfortunately this no. doesn’t exists
at all.

Again I have contacted the bank several times & getting lame
excuses I am shocked to see the bank’s behavior & I was fooled by your
staff many times.

I am very much harassed & scared about this sort of dealing of
HSBC that it increased my tension level & do I need to suffer it throughout
my life?

I am very tensed & scared & don’t know what to do
about this. Since HSBC is crossing the guidelines issued by R.B.I.

I generously request you to resolve this issue at the earliest
& give me relief unless I would be forced by your Bank to go into the court
of justice & media to show the differences of your bank’s in saying &
doing.

I request you to resolve
this matter at the earliest, & remove my name from the CIBIL & other
DEFAULTER’s lists, & please do not spoil anybody’s future like this.

I humbly request you to give me justice
asap.
