Hi,

I have fully paid back my loan, but unable to collect back my property papers from the Delhi office of LIC housing finance at Asif Ali road.

The office phone number 011 32641060 is dead from long time. The phone numbers mentioned on web site 2321 0616 , 2323 2607 , 98105 61670 does not work. The mail sent to contact person nidhi.chauhan@lichousing.com bounced back.

As I am at bangalore, so can not personally vist the delhi office without discussing. Can someone help? The area manager's name as per the deails of web site is Mr Mahesh Adhikari , but I do not know how to reach him.


Can some one help me?

Pls. forward a written complaint to the Head office of the Co. and keep a copy of that complaint letter also. Wait for the response for 15 days only and if got no positive response from them, you can forward your complaint to the RBI (NBFC Division).
