    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Sub:Complaint on your service(two Wheeler Loan).

    I had a complaint regarding two wheeler loan section and now i am suffering because
    of that.I had booked 'Honda Activa' on their dealer M/s.EVM Honda,Vyttila,Cochin.on
    1st June 09.I thought of paying an down payment of Rs.23000 and rest amount as
    loan.I had a good track with your bank and i decided to apply Rs.28000 as loan
    amount.I contacted your HDFC Bank Showroom Executive Mr.Ratheesh(Mob:9895763585) and
    he had given the details of the loan,and i agreed the details.I had payed an advance
    of Rs.15000 to the showroom.By the time the vehicle is not available in the showroom
    and i waited for 3 weeks.By 26th the vehicle is available and i again contacted your
    executive Mr.Ratheesh for documentation.At that time the figures which he had given
    earlier for repayment was changed and showing a difference.On enquiry he replied
    that he will re login and clear the issues.But i am not satisfied with that,bcoz it
    will take again 2 working days.So i decided to cancel the loan and purchase the
    vehicle by cash payment.The next day 27th june(saturday) morning it self i informed
    Mr.Ratheesh and he cancelled the processings of loan,but he has not communicated to
    the showroom regarding the hypothecation which is marked in Form 20,submitted by
    him.

    29th Monday only i received the receipt of Temp: Reg: Certificate and in that HDFC
    hypothecation was marked.Then I contacted Two Wheeler Loan Sales Manager
    ,Mr.Biju(Mob:9847771170) had he was telling that i want to follow the procedures for
    NOC,and for that i want to do the request on Rs.100 stamp paper with Notary Attested
    and it will take minumun 2 weeks time.By the time my Temp: Reg: validity will be
    over and i want to pay fine again for that also.Altogether Rs.1500 minimum and my
    valuable time i want to spend becoz of this.My temp: Reg: validity will be over by
    03rd June,before that i want to do the permanent Registration.There is no
    responsibility from your staff especially Mr.Biju(Sales Manager).The reply from him
    was better you continue the loan.

    Currently i am having car loan and personal loans with bank. A/c:
    00201050094041(Ravipuram Branch,Cochin).You can track my account and identify
    me,Till today i had received very good service from your bank and i am very
    satisfied.

    Hi. I am sumit Sabherwal..I had my bike financed by ICICI bank...I could not pay few installment..they recovered my bike without giving any notice to me on 8/011/08.My registration was DL1SR0637.They have not sen me the full and final settlemet letter as well..I had paid the 70% of the bike and I am ready to pay the rest of the amount as well but please help me to get my bike..I am in the process of sending the complaint to CC to CM office,Commisner of Police,SHO Police Station Pandav Nagar Delhi 110092 as Police dint log my FIR when reported for the theft on the very same day.
    Please help me as its a blatant breech of Law.

    Question Bike loan NOC Complaint

    I have taken the two wheeler loan from ICICI bank my loan no LTCPT00011322093
    I have paid all instalments. Iam praying god to get the NOC from ICICI bank.

    HOW CAN I GET NOC IN LEGAL WISE??????????????

    Hi. I am Ashwak..I had my bike financed by HDFC bank...I have not payed only two installment..they recovered my bike without giving any notice to me on 13/07/2010.My registration was AP 09 BK 5940 Suzuki Heat.They have not sen me the full and final settlemet letter as well..I had paid the 90% of the bike and I am ready to pay the rest of the amount as well but please help me to get my bike..I am in the process of sending the complaint to CC

    Default Hdfc bank not give noc

    Though my last full and final payment was made on aug 2010 to HDFC BANK but till date I have not received the NOC for my loan account no 11629477.i try several times to customer care number of hdfc bank but nothing happen.

    please i m requesting to hdfc solve my issues soon

    Dear sir

    i have cleared all my bike EMI (APACHE RTR 180 KA 04 EX 4230) purchased in 28/02/2008 on PRAKRUTHI SHOW ROOM I was paid all my two wheeler emi on every month 9th and my emi fisnished on march 2010 still i didnt get my NOC lot of times i went to icici bank in malleshwaram for ask my NOC i didnt get good reply from them and any mails also so please give the interest and clear my problem

    Last year i got a hero honda.

    Bike Storeroom:

    Srinivasa Motors, Near by MIT gate, Chrompet.

    Very very waste hero honda storeroom.

    not responsible and worst service center
