My loan account no is 14811819.I have taken Education loan of Rs 160524 in month of May. From 4th June 09 my ECS of Rs.14413 will have to start deducting from my savings account.But when after few days i realised EMI amount is still not deducted then i enquired from customer care they said it was bounced back from my back by giving miscellaneus reasons. Now when i enquired from my savings bank account i.e ICICI Bank they said your ECS form was presented without filling mandate details thats why it was bounced back. But when i tld all these things to customer cae nobody is listening to me . ECS form filling is not my responsibility so bank is not checking from their end whats wrong with the ecs form . They should have to inform me atleast once regarding the ECS bounce but nobody bothered to inform me. And they started putting charges on loan amount . Who is responsible for this issue. Then why should i pay charges.
