I am very sorry to see so many complaints for your bank. It is a very situation to see so many people wanting to commit suicide due to the harrasment done by your bank to the customers. I agree that the customer is at fault for overspending on their cards without having the capacity to pay off their outstanding. But you also have to accept the fact that your bank representatives give credit cards to any person without even seeing the person's income. Secondly there is also mis selling from the banks representatives side. Then when it comes to collections, the agencies are hired without doing any due deligence or complying to the RBI guidelines. Nobody in your bank even knows about the KYC norms. The other day I saw your bank represntative filling up a form on the customers behalf.
Firstly you have to educate your bankers on the RBI guidelines and secondly, please hire good people. The quality of the bankers your HR team hires are so poor that it puts the bank repuation at shame.
