I am the guarantee r of my friends personal loan. He delayed to pay the installments due to this stopped my salary account transactions.But my entire family depends on this salary. They done this without any notice. I am suffering a lot. I have no other income.My friend paid 50% of loan .But they said other bank locked my fiends account due to their balance and that bank recovered that amount from my bank. Is it possible to draw one banks loan amount from another bank without knowing the customer . I am suffering a lot. This happened in S.B.I Venkatagiri Branch situated at Nellore district Andhrapradesh . I am in confusion is it right to stop or hold my account without any prior notice.
