Dear Sir,

In January I required a loan and so applied for one through Mr Sanjay from jaldiloan.com

He assured me that he would get the loan processed in 3 working days etc. That never happened.

I gave him signed copies of my documents including passport, employement certificate, bank statements, ITR for the last 3 years etc. In addition to these documents as demanded I also gave him Rs 500/- for processing the loan.

No bank charges money for processing a loan file. They charge processing fees only after the loan has been approved.

It has been over a month now. Every time I call him he lies and procrastinates saying it will take "a little while more".

For me this is a matter of ethics more than anything. I work extremely hard to earn my money. I cannot give "donations" like this to scamsters like Sanjay from jaldiloan.com

I would like to take this matter up in consumer court. Please let me know the process so that I can initiate it at the earliest.
