Hello Sir

I have taken a loan of Rs 2 LAc for 36 months from HDFC bank..while filling
the form and disbursal kit, I didnot opt for any sort of Insurance but after
few days of my disbursal i got the insurance policy which i never took....

when i enquiry from HDFC person, i came to know that some one have done a
fake signature of mine....Now i am asking me to give me the form and all my
docs including fake signature docs along asking them to return me the money
they detected from my loan amount......

I am afarid i am not giving any proper reply from the HDFC people from last
30 days...Advise me what should be done in this case.
