    Dear Sir,
    With due respect I want to say my grievances to you against Mr.Kamal Agarwal,KGP Br.incharge.I have given advance to the KGP local promoter for purchasing flat at KGP.The promoter said that they arranged the finance from LIC housing Finance Ltd. and one day a person named Soumen Dey came along with one of the stuff. Of the said promoter on 25.7.2010.He took all the necessary documents and after prolonged calculation he assured me that Rs.13,00,000.00 cash easily be given to me as a loan from LIC and he took a cheque (attached here) as processing charge. After few days, FI was done.FI report send to the concerned office.
    Then, on 9.9.2010, agent Soumen Dey told me that the loan of Rs.13,00,000.00 had been sanctioned and requested me to go the concerned office at KGP and meet B.M.I went to office and just after talking with Mr.Kamal Agarwal, I came to know that the statement between the Soumen Dey and Mr. Kamal Agarwal had a heaven and hell difference with each other’s statement in all respect. Being surprised I asked Mr.Agarwal how it was possible when I was confirmed about the amount of loan and also the cheque as a processing charge was taken by your office. Then, Mr.Kamal Agarwal misbehaved with me in the office and posed to throw my file saying that no loan was possible and he indicated towards some unwanted issues along with some unknown LIC agent (most probably). I was much surprised to find such a behabour while dealing with a customer from the part of a Manager representing LIC holding such a big chair.
    Afterwards I informed the promoter regarding this and then promoter told me that the same persons (Mr.Agarwal &Mr. Soumen) had done this type of behavior with other customer also went for the same purpose.
    But I have much faith in LIC and I pray to you to make an enquiry in this regard at your earliest.
    Lastly we(I myself, other few customers at KGP and the Promoter)proposed that we are interested to avail loan from your Kolkata R.O as proposed by Mr.Monoj Tripatrhy (Kolkata R.O)over phone on 14.9.2010

    Sir,

    Kindly refer the complain of Sh Soumen Kumar Maity,the reply is as under :

    The applicant's complain is full of false, fabricated and misguiding facts. The file of applicant for application was submitted on 22/08/2010. On September 9th, 2010 the applicant came to our office for discussion. The applicant is an insurance surveyor and submitted 3 returns for self and 2 returns for wife. After discussion, I asked applicant weather the return for A.Y.2010-11 is going to be filed in coming days or not. He replied that the returns will be filed in month of March 2011. After going through returns, I informed him that a loan of Rs.9-10 lakhs could be sanctioned by competent authority. After that he blasted and started speaking in rough language about agent, office and myself. The efforts to cool him down by myself and HLA (Mr Shankar Nath Dutta-9434243478) and 1 other customer (Swapan Kumar Das - 9932059791) went futile. I telephoned the agent and enquired about commitment to customer about amount of loan. The agent denied commitment about sanction amount of Rs.13.00 Lakhs. After observing him for some while, I refused to process his application any more. After more arguments, he left the office.

    In his complain, he has given reference of promoter and other customers of similar behavior. Any numbers of customer and the promoter can be enquired regarding treatment given by our office to them.

    The customer has submitted this fabricated complain to settle his grudge with the inspiration of some old guns (now blacklisted).
