Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I was having a few credit cards and a few personal loans which were taken by me to establish a shop in 2006-07, due to the known sealing issue I became a victim and became a defaulter unwillingly. Later my parents helped me and now I have settled all my loan accounts and credit cards, later I applied for my CIBIL Report and found SETELED is written as status.

I wish to know that for how much period I will be defaulter, can I apply for a lone now?, if no then is there any way or time wait period through which I can apply for a home loan if I apply as a co applicant.
