In Past I have complaint to Mrs. Sathya Srinivasan (NODAL OFFICER OF HSBC). As Now I Myself Mr.Chandrakant Shah complaining you. I am using HSBC Credit Card No.4476XXXXXXXX1853. As you can check my usage, the payment history, the emi's taken by me all are paid as per the regular timing by cheque. Now I request you to check some past complaints given to all the officer incharge of HSBC & as per there guidelines to the oppoiste company regarding I had not approved your payment since I have told that I am not at all interested in your promo products. i.e. TATA AIG.
On 12th May 2007 I gave complaint to pallavi My complaint No. is 5109230. Regarding that I have very clearly told Mr.Rakesh who Call me for promo offer of TATA AIG POLICY in October 2006 that I am not inerested. than too without my permission the charges got debited in my credit card account. After that I immediately disagree for the same charges. I send letter to the HSBC headoffice Chennai as well as to TATA AIG Lowerparel, Mumbai. Tata AIG canceled my poilcy & told me that for refund of my amount it will be credited to my credit card account as it has been debited from that account which still today doesn't appear. After that I took some loan and you can check that amount has been regularly paid as on due dates. Today One of your collection Manager Name Mr.Ganesh Call me up and started abusing and also threated me saying that his cheque has got bounce in the month of January 2010 & if you don't pay the charges alongwith interest and late payment the result will be very bad. He describe himself as a employee of HSBC Bank Malad Branch, On Collection Manager Post his mobile no. is 9892793973. I enquired about the same & found it is some collection Agency incharge from HSBC. Now I am Receiving calls from Mr.Sonukumar calling from DELHI his number is 1145023924. He calls on my landline number speak with my family members as I was not at home. He speaks very badly. As I visited HSBC Bank After seeing all my complaint letter they also got agree that I have given the complaint & no steps has been taken against it. They also agree that I don't required to make payment and After that I call Mr. Ganesh. Again Mr.Ganesh started speaking very bad language to me. Now I request you to see to this matter very seriously . One more thing the card was given as an lifetime free card & some Membership charges as charges for credit card such wrong committement are also made while selling the product & to misguide us please see to this matter also.
Hope +ve revret back within seven days. Strict Action against such an illegal activities and such a man who even don't have knowledge for what matter he is calling take some steps to avoid bank reputation because of such people. One more thing to clear that my son had mail them than they reply that We regret for the inconvenience caused. We refer to your query on Mr.Chandrakant Shah's credit card; in this regard as per our banking policy we can communicate only to HSBC
customer for security reason so we request Mr.Chandrakant Shah to write mail regarding the same to assist him further.
If I am not at home than why people on behalf of bank harrest them for any matters to my family members & that time where are their bank rules gone? Now I request to consumer forum to help me regading this matter and kindly guide me what to do regarding this?
