Hi,

I have applied for loan from private firm 8-9 months back "MONEY TOUCH CREDIT SERVICES" Mohali, they have taken file charge of 45,000 from me and said only verification will be done and nothing else and money will be given 45 days but they took 5 months to approve loan and asked for gurantor and many other such certificates which did not mention earlier and when I said that they have taken long time , so now I do not loan , they are not willing to return my money.

They have done same thing with other persons also.
