Want Geniuneness of M/S CitiCapital Management, New Delhi

Sir,
I am a resident of Golaghat District of Assam.My Name is Mr. Binoy Bhusan Hazarika. Recently I have seen an ad. of M/S Citicapital Management, New Delhi, in Local Daily News Paper "The Asomiya Khobor". As an unemployed youth & due to my financial hardship I contact the said party for a business loan of Rs. 500000/- from them, so that I can establish myself. I have send all required doccuments such as -- Application, Bank Passbook Xerox copy, Project and one Pass Port photo of mine via Fax. Then they call me via a cell phone no. +919718836941 and asked me to deposit an amount of Rs. 3000/- to ICICI Bank a/c No.62910150976 in the name of Mr. Ranveer Singh. Recenly yesterday they again call me & asked whether I deposited the amount or not, then I said I will deposited the same on coming week, then they gave me another a/c no. of Punjub National Bank, A/c No. 1736000100119791 in the Name of Mr. Anurag Jain. Now I am at great puzzled. So, plz help me by confirming the Genuineness of the party.
