Please help me
Dear Sir,


I am continously complaining to the HDFC BANK about the miscommunication done by the
bank due to which bank debited Rs.3298 from my account. and send the bank reply as
an attachment.

The below is the letter which I have sent to HDFC Loan Dept.

Dear Sir,

I fail to understand the reason for the deduction made by you as I have repeatedly
told your customer Care Executive that I have received a call from your Bank to make
a Payment of Loan Installment by Cash but I fail to understand why you have
deducted Rs.3298 from my HDFC Bank Account. The reason that I was asked by your
concerned department to make payment in cash was because of the bounced cheque
charges & late payment charges for the concerned months installment that I have paid
in cash.

I even visited your Safdarjung Branch & met Miss Sunita Dua & Mr.Bhanu in
Rajouri Garden Branch but to no avail.

Firstly, Please let me know why the bank was collecting only installment amount that
is Rs.866=00.Why you didn't you charge at that time for late Payment and Cheque
bounce charges and that too when I had asked from your cash collecting Executive
whether there would be any deduction if I am paying through cash then he replied to
me that it was a benefit that you were providing through bank.

Secondly, Bank has Financed me Rs.24400=00 as Two-wheeler Loan Amount.
The Rate of Interest that I was charged was 16.68% on the Principal amount.
According to that the interest amount should be Rs. 4069.92 but the bank is charging
Rs.6776=00 as an Interest amount. WHY?

Please note that as per your Loan statement I have 14 bounces during this period of
3-years.
I am willing to accept that due to my fault if I had not paid then definitely I
have to pay the Penalty for the same. But I would like to bring to your notice that
I am bearing this since last 2.5 years but this deduction in the month of December
which was wrongfully enforced on me I am not willing to Pay.

Till date I have not received any satisfactory response or explanation
regarding the deductions made.

Please let me know the reason immediately as it has been a very long period I have
been awaiting a favourable respose from you..

If I do not get any satisfactory Reply from your side within a week's time.I will
be forced to approach your banking OMBUDSMAN.
