I have paid the balance amount as stated to me on personal enquiry in July 2006. However, balance amt., if any, on a/c of computing mistake on the part of the bank, I shall pay after verification of the statement. The interest must be waived in this case.
Meanwhile it is requested that pension amount should be released with immediate effect. I am 73 years old and my wife 67 yrs old with old age medical problems are undergoing endless suffering without money.

sir , i applied education loan in SBI , Tamilnadu , Tiruvallur branch ,for my daughter ..... since for the past six months i have not get any response from them... they did not treat me nicely .... i have met them several times ,but no use .... i got frustated ....the way they treat the customers are also too bad...please kindly help me to do the needful ...this ll help others particularly poor uneducated people

I m from bhagalpur. i want educatinal loan for MBA from IIBS, BANGLORE but the branch manager of all banks r not ready to give me tat because i donot have my own house. can you tell me if i donot have house why they are not ready to giv me the loan. I m giving garuantee of my dad working in govt. job. then what is the problem ?.they are saying you get it from your hometown but why i dnt have that much time to go their and come back and attend classes. My classes is going to be start from last of july . plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me . Can you explain me why i canot get loan from here if i have 1st division in board

Last year my younger brother face the same problem and atlast took loan from PNB. But when he gone for classes bhagalpur state bank call us for loan what is this why every year every student complain then they provide loan. And the banker are so rude they dont respect customers.We are not begging , we are taking loan and we will return it with interest then why bankers are behaving like we are beggers.
2years back one of my cousin also got loan from this branch but after complaint . i m also student of commerce i also know banks are for customers beneffit but in my case banks are fail in providing customers sufficient benefitts.plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz take care abt all these things otherwise next year also some one will complain you for this .

Sir, i have taken education loan of 300000 in august 2009 ,
government budgt 2009 and 2010 says that students parents whose income is lees than 100000, they will not have to pay interst, but this year i have to pay interst.

i m nafisur rahman resident of east champaran bihar.i have applied for a education loan before six month.i have submitted all the required documents.but no body is getting response.i am doing b.tech it from west bengal technical university.college is mckv institute of technology.i have already passed my 1st year.i have passed my 10th and 12th with first class.i have also a good rank in entrance exam of web jee.

but the branch manager is making fool of mine.his bahave is also rude.he is saying the loan aut

they show the education loan facility just for advertise and own benefits. Infact they are so rude when it comes to do that.

I dont know who is reading this but the sbi education
loan is not a real facility given to the aspiring students
who want to complete their education besides fulfilling their requirements.
Some of the feedback while approaching for sbi education loan:

1> loan managers are rude AND not cooperative
2> not ready to give even the application form
3> no proper reason for loan refusal
4> beating around the bush. (no fund, why studying abroad to waste money)

my conclusion: Close the education loan scheme
and stop giving false information about this sick education loan.

Dear Sir,
My father took educational loan 6yrs back for my studies in westbengal. for 2 yrs we were paying the installments but after that we faced huge financial crises, we lost or business home everything. We then relocated from our home town and all the family responsibility came on me. my father suddenly was very ill and we finished all our money on his treatment. he then expired. i was unable to pay the installments and i just got my sister married , i dont have any money left and my salary is enough for my basic needs.
i had asked bank ppl that i would pay the original loan amount anyhow but wont be able to pay the interest amount and requesting them to compromise for the same. but in no condition they are ready for compromise, they are saying i need to pay the entire amount with interest any how.
Pl let me know what should i do in this situation....!
