am a small businessman and have a personal loan with ICICI Bank. I was regular in paying my EMI since my 1st EMI due. But Due to downfall in the business, due to the recent slump few months ago, i approached the ICICI Bank to reschedule my Loan to a smaller amount of EMI so as to facilitate the timely payments. This request was put down by the Bank. i tried to convince the Bank many a times with no success. Since last 3-4 months my business has gone down drastically and am about to close my business. In such a scenario, 5 people from an ICICI collection agency approach me at my business place and mentally torture me to shell out the entire amount right away. I tried explaining them my situation and request their support. But they were not ready to budge. They forcefully took away the entire amount in my cash box leaving behind just couple of hundred rupees.

I do not want to disclose my identity as am scared of being approached by those people again and torturing me.

what should i do in this matter
