hello sir,

i have invested around 80000 rs in a company named "fine india sales pvt. ltd." in
jan 2009.
they had guranteed an income of 10 % per mont.
till date they have made payments for only 5 months.
after that v have not recd a single payment.
also while joning they had made a court agreement on a stamp paper of rs, 100 from
every investor and guranteed that whenever any investor wants to withdraw he can do
so after 2 months of joining. its around 11 months now but v r not able to get our
money back.
there is no response from the company inspite of several emails and telephone calls.
v r around 48 ppl in ichalkaranji (dist. kolhapur) who have invester around more
than 50 lakhs.
i would like to recieve your help regarding this matter and solvethe problem at the
earliest as there are many investors who had taken loan and invested.
many poor people had even taken the loan and are still repaying the interest.
