Dear Team,
In below mentioned loan account your bank has fraught with me against the
TERMS & CONDITOINS. I have got personal loan on 22/09/2007 & continually
paying all the EMI on time thru my icici bank account ECS Facility. On
July 2009 I have transferred my ICICI BANK account from MP Nagar Branch to
Arera Colony Branch Bhopal & on that time I informed to Customer Care
Executive about my loan account than she confirmed me 'after transfer the
account your a/c number will change but you don't worry your loan ECS will
hit in your new account & asked me for written request for same. Immediately
I have given request to her for same. But from next month Aug 2009 the ECS
gets hit in my old account hence its get bounce than I receive a call from
icici bank Mumbai regarding ecs bounce on that time also I told the reason
of ECS bounce when the caller told me sir you just pay your emi amount & you
don't have to pay anything else. After that immediately I made emi payment
for that but again in SEP 09 same condition gets generated & my ecs get
bounce against. In all above mentioned condition I was not wrong it was
total wrong commitments by bank officers. After that I send email to
customer.care@ICICIBANK.COM three times but nobody responded me hence I have
visited to Branch regarding same issue but still not received any response
than I called to icici contact center on 9893208000 at 01 Oct 2009 & Talked
over there till 20 minutes but he was not also able to help me hence I told
him that against fraught by your bank I am going to consumer court against
your bank as intentionally cheat by your bank officer to a customer.
Respected members of RBI committee,
Please help me resolve the case or file a case to consumer court against
fraught.
