HDFC Bank, AUTO Loan Account No: 10589190 Dear sir
I *am Rakesh Kaul, R/O , E2 Priya Appts, D, Block Vikas Puri*, New Delhi, I
took car loan from your *HDFC Bank, VIA Loan Account No: 10589190*
I really I am very happy sanctioning of loan immediately, and I have
successfully Paid about *37 EMI Till Date*.
The Loan Amount that was sanctioned was against my *Salaried Account NO:
00901050283960, *Now some weeks back I noticed that Bank has started
Deducting money from my account and today when I Approached the Branch they
told me that my Account has been converted to *Saving bank account and I
Must Maintain the Minimum Balance of RS 10000/PM, else RS 850 will be
deducted for every Quarter*. That too without taking my consent or approval,
which is Ridiculous.**
Sir I am Salaried Individual and I can’t afford to keep RS 10000 Maintained
in my account. *I would Request your good self to please look into the
matter or suggest if there is Possibility of Swiping my LOAN Account to any
other Bank.*
Every car loan department person known my sincere, prompt payment, really I
fed up with your bank responsible, sir I request you to take needful further
action and please avoid unnecessary action.
Sir I am graduate faculty you know very well competitive world if you
loosing one customer also is very dangerous one because“One Good Message
spread to others customer very very…. Slow, But one bad message spread to
other customer very very faster than air……
Please take action immediately and save customer relation perfectly!!!

HDFC Auto Loan Is this is true that after taking auto loan from HDFC Bank you have to maintain minimum HDFC Bank Account balance of 10,000 per month. Is this is mandatory or optional, or any other work which bank hides from customer.

HDFC AUTO Loan A/C No. 1109309 I am Goutam Chanda R/O A-45, ATABAGAN, P.O. Laskarpur, KOLKATA 700153 I took a Car loan from your Bank via Loan A/C No.1109309.
I have successfully paid 36 EMI (Rs.8214/-) through ECS AND last EMI was paid on 7/1/2010.
But till date I have not RECEIVED the NOC. I have not got the Security Cheques also.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
I ALSO need a loan for EXCHANGING THIS Car.

Poor service from HDFC Bank Dear Sir and Madam,
As per record of HDFC I am classic customer that means I am having a personal banker who takes care of the account related query and loan. In advertisement they promise car loan and home loan is sanctioned immeditately and with nil or minimal processing charge and special interest rates. This is all bogus promises by HDFC. They treat classic customer as normal customer and my home loan sanction after 25 days and car loan not yet sanctioned even after 10 days.
However, if HDFC executives observe your account have higher amount ie more than 2 Lac they will keep on calling to invest in insurance or pension or FD apart from this they never bother about the customers.
I am sorry to say I have another account at Personal Banking Branch of SBI there I am getting much better service than HDFC's so called salary account and Classic customer status.

HDFC Car Loan I don't even want to waste my effort in writing up what i'm going through. There is actually no point, these guys are too busy to help!! Their processes are bullshit and their promises are fake. The faces of the bank i.e. The agents who collect the documents and everything are fucking idiots and biggest procrastinators "golibaaz - as they are called in delhi".
- its not a 48 hours process as the website promises. Its 2-5 weeks.
- "delivery in 3 hours after the approval" promise on the website is bullshit.
- you might (probably 'will' not 'might') not get the interest rate mentioned on the website.
- there might be other criterias other than what i mentioned on the website. There could be some stupid things like you need to be in india in last few months or something like that.
- agents are fucking liars and everyone else is hidden, not accessible! From day 1, as per the agent, i can take the delivery of the car 'tomorrow'. But 'tomorrow' never came. Still waiting.
- the one who asks for documents do not know what all documents are required in the first place. Document collection takes two days (because they are too busy) so if he takes 3 iterations for the agent to decide what all documents are required then it could take 2x3=6 business days flat.
- the one who approves doesn't know how things are run in the corporate world. His comments that i heard through the agent sounded like a sarkari baabu waiting for some seva.
- other with whom i interacted in the process had a total iq of zero because of which i had to waste my time.
- the one who was sent to collect the documents lied about his location the whole day impacting my meetings. It actually took 2 fucking days to collect the documents leave alone the whole process which the website promises to be 48 fucking hours.
- no respect for customer at all
- everyone answers phone on their convenience.
There is actually no clarity on the process for the newbies. I'm assuming most people must be only applying for the first time and all the information on the website and what agents tell you is misleading. Stupidly high latency. Have wasted about 200 phone calls in 2 weeks but still no progress. I'm bloody frustrated of this bank full of procrastinators. Yes all of this was deliberately in capital letters because im actually screeming. Unfortunately my salaried account is in hdfcbank otherwise i would have neven gone back to them. Not mentioning any details as its still in process and i just dont trust them.
Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HDFC Personal loan I have taken HDFC personal loan (Loan #10040084) 6 years back (in 2005)
I cleared the same in 2008
In between this duration there were few times my cheque got bounced. but I repaid the amount as soon as I was told about this.
But know its been 3 yrs this case exists, today (24 sep'11) I got a call that I need to pay fine charged for the bounced cheques.
I totally DISAGREE with the same, even if the had been some fine, they should have told me then only.
Now since its been 3 yrs the loan is paid and closed, I am not suppossed to pay the same.
So I request the Bank to please issue no objection Certificate without any further delay to the undersigned as all the dues were cleared by me.
Also HDFC should not lose people's trust by doing such activities!!
