I have already submitted the mail to the mentioned ID, but have not been provided any solution. The response was :

"Dear Mr. Kalra,

This is with reference to your your e-mail dated September 30, 2011 regarding waiver of charges.

As per the confirmation given by Mr. Rahul Jolly (9818206467) we will be unable to provide you waiver of charges completely.

Hence you are requested to kindly be in touch with Mr. Jolly to get the necessary settlement amount."

I dont think this should be a reply to your customer.
Your team seems to be least interested in custumers complaint.
Request you to pls provide the solution here publicly only so that other users are also aware of HDFC's hidden policies!!


Further to confirm I am not eligible for any such payment.It is not my fault that you are calculating the amount after 3 yrs.Request you to pls close the same ASAP without impacting our future relationship for Loan and other activities.
