I m home loan taker of Axis Bank . Axis bank offer me Home loan as intrest rate 10.5% at the time of applying home loan. Thats why i apply for home loan . Axis Bank also sanction My home loan as intrest rate 10.5%. This confirmation given me by sms on my phone.Meanwhile bank not given me a sanction letter i also did My process to buy home. When i made sale agreement and also give token amount for that property. When i submit all original document to bank at that time bank given me sanction letter with intrest rate 10.75%.I talk with sales manager but they said if u not want accept, u will apply for other bank for home loan . Axis bank know that it is not possible to me bcoz my all legal process to buy home is already done. If i apply for other bank no any bank give me loan amount in 5-7 days.That means Axis Bank Blackmail me and given intrest rate 10.75% . Pl help me.
