"Please reserve some time to read this letter and do the needful since whatever I had tried to tell your Bombay officer over phone or customer care, had been denied a hearing.
I hold this account from July 2004 and had been receiving the statement of accounts from August 2004 and suddenly the statements ceased to be supplied from September 2004. Reasons for this I do not
know. However when I visited the bank, Ms Sheela Ramesh was kind enough to give statement from Jan 2005 to May 05 for my immediate attention, for which I am much obliged.
I had requested for change of address to my Ambattur house, which was done after Himalayan efforts, for my request dated December 2004, was given effect in April 2005.

In the meantime, I received a letter from your office that I am not paying my interests due on my accounts regularly and if I am not paying the interest amount of Rs 3525 till March 2005 within June 7,
2005, my shares will be invoked citing some RBI circular.
To this letter I replied that I am not in arrears of any interest in my account and all my outstanding interests up to and including May had been debited to my account and hence any action of invoking the
shares is not warranted. To this I was asked to visit the branch and have my doubts cleared. Accordingly, on my visit to your premises, Ms Sheela Ramesh assured me that my account is live and not out of
order. Also, remains of a balance of about Rs 60000/-, could be utilized as I wish. If at all any thing to be done I will be suitably informed and I also handed over a copy of letter addressed by your bank.

No reply was given.

To my dismay my depository account bank informed me that the following shares had been invoked by your bank on 27/7/2005 I have immediately written to your customer care, which replied that
concerned departments have been addressed and customer relations officer will talk to be before 13/7/05. But nothing had happened so far. My efforts to talk to your officers Mr Raji , Manager,
operations Ms Ayeisha Bombay, has not yield any result.
If at all there is a change to adopted, the concerned account holder should be enlightened on it. How do you expect me know the details of the RBI proceedings when your officers themselves are not
aware of?
Kindly let me know what fault I have committed warranting invocation of my shares? I have been given no reply to my letter explaining that I am not under fault, you have served no notice of my default
and loss accrued to ICCI bank because of my action or inaction, how the number of shares to be invoked were determined, under what price they have been sold, or what had been done with the proceeds of the sale whether they were credited to your account or my account? Is it possible to compensate for the irreparable loss caused to me financially and mentally, and the agony I am undergoing since no
report or statement is given to me after nearly a month, to know what you are doing with the proceeds of sale amount. I regret that my hard earned life time assets, are being demeaningly and discriminately used against me since I am an individual and you have been empowered to operate my assests, I being deprived accessing of my assets and accounts of by your voluntary and involuntary unwarranted actions?
I will urge you to look into the matter immediately and reinstate my shares revoked without fail immediately. '
The bank sticks to its guns by saying that it had acted upon the agrement signed and its action is in order.
Is there a way I can get back my share and get justice?
