This Kiran Kadian. I am 56 year old woman and my husband is 65 year old. Neither me nor my husband have ever been involved with ICICI Bank. My husband have strict rules of never taking loan. We happily lend money but taking loan is a big NO with my husband rules.

Now some person took loan from your ICICI Bank and according to your customer care caller named Asha and Amit(as they have told us) that person have written my number in your form reference list. The number they are calling from is 011-49536500, 011-46472100.Now these both person keep calling us and harassing us. They tell us that we are in reference list and they want to receive there loan back. I have told them very patiently that we are not connected to that person but they keep calling. Now they have even started abusing us that (aukat nahi hai loan bharne ki) capacity of fulfilling the loan.

This is really not they way to talk since we have told them that we are not concerned with that person. We both are very old and we sleep during daytime. These both caller Asha and Amit call us during that period of time. At this age we have health issues. If we get into some serious medical condition then I will file your bank responsible.

I request concerned person from ICICI bank to take this matter seriously and do something about this. Otherwise I might have to take some legal action.
