Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a personal loan from HDFC in JUN06 and was paying instalment on time, In 2009 I have settled the amount by giving the settlement amount of INR 45000/- and got the settlement closure letter.
now in 2011 I have received a call from HDFC banks DSA and asking me to pay the amunt of INR 82000 as the amount is still not settled. Now unfortunately I have lost all letters during shifting my house.I have recevied a call from bank in 2010 also and have explained the same and then thy dint revert to me but suddenky again it starting.

Pleass advise what to do...

Still now i did not get any response from that side.Which is the way to check my loan status.Plz help me.

my net sal. 16085 p.m. I am in need of Rs.95,000/- personal loan for 24 months. I can pay Rs.5,000/- emi but till date four times HDFC bank reject my application.
