I got the rejection for home loan in sbi,tirupati branch.I purchased a new flat from a builder.The builder taken the plan approval for individual house with g+2.
I taken the ground flour flat.But the sbi people are saying the builder was not taken the GroupHousing Plan or Appartment plan,He just taken the Individual house plan.that'swhy we are rejecting the loan application.Please help me for the same.
