We have availed Loan Against Property facility from Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. in December 2010 against our housing property at Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad.

We have paid 10 EMI of Rs. 24113.00 since January 2011 to today, without any ECS Returns. In the welcome letter of the same loan sanctioned, it is clearly written that after period of six months we can close the said loan by paying for closure penalty.

Now, since last two months we have been trying to approach the fullerton branch for the subjected matter, and sent more than three emails in last one and half month to their namaste@fullertonindia.com, since there is no response, nor any response from call center calls, nor from branches. Even today 11/10/2011 I made a call to call center, they simply saying that they are not having any data to process. and their manager are not present in the call center so kindly call back letter.

Day before yesterday, I had visit to branch with full balance amount Demand Draft payable in favor of Fullerton, and they are now saying that their policy is now changed, one can not close the account before 12 months. In this regard we have not received any such policy change information neither from the fullerton nor from branch. And also they says that branch can not help us out in the same. also they are telling that you need to contact call center and we made call to call center right from the branch they said they need to contact branch. I don't understand how to proceed and how to get it done?

Since last more than 10 visits of branch, majority time no one is there to answer our queries and helping out us in the same.

Even for demand of Title Deed Copy, they asked us to clear the next upcoming ECS, to availed the same document from bank, and yet it is not received on letterhead of the bank.

Please help us out in the same matter of closing the said loan and get our property back in our hands. If required we can send you all the communication details in soft documents including the welcome letter, emails and other proofs.
