I remember 1year back i have close my all Credit cards (HSBC, HDFC) as they started charging me interest rate high with our informing me, so I didn’t pay them for long time and When they asked for settlement I agreed and paid all the amount. Only I was having some personal loan due with Barclay bank which i have cleared 2 week back but still my loan is not getting clear and i am stuck with problem, even though I have cleared all my due's, don’t know wt to do.
Could any one help me to know how i can resolve this issue?

I was approached by a representative of Manhattan Credit card in the year 2005, He offered me credit card and said there is no processing fee and not any hidden charges will be levied on me. I accepted the card on this ground and got the card. One month later I got a statement from the bank asking Rs. 250/- against service charge and bla bla bla...
I never made any purchase through this card and refused to pay this amount. Now my name is appearing in the CIBIL report for an outstanding of Rs. 250. Axis Bank is not giving me home loan in the year 2010 for this CIBIL report of year 2005.

Banks are distributing Credit cards by making false promises and then harras the people in the name of CIBIL.

Dear all
i was applied for home loan.bank checked my cibil there was some overdue n written off.i was clear all overdue and got NOC letter from bank.but in cibil not showing any bank name. my bank ready to give me loan but they want to know whose outstanding on my cibil account.
i was send to so many request to info@cibil.com for show the bank name in cibil report.

please tell me any other way for know to cibil report.

I have been told by SBI bank Housing Loan department that my CIBIL score is less and i cant get loan approved.

1. No dues

So far.
1. ICICI credit card - No dues and i cancelled card long back. ICICI reps say that no CIBIL issues with my accounts or credit cards
2. ICICI House loan - I have missed payments two times in 2009 because of ECS. However, immediately paid cheques. Also, changed the ECS account to salary account and never have any defaults. In fact made part principal payments too
3. CITI bank personal loan - Closed it in 2005 without any defaults
4. Standard Chartered Bank - Had credit card till 01/2010. I was never a defaulter. I cancelled credit cards thinking of all concerns, that to after marriage i decided not to have credit cards. SCB people called me to sell Manhattan cards. I never got cards to my home, but i am receiving bill statements. when i complained to customer care, every time they will tell me "we have taken your compliant sir". They never cancelled.

I am not sure for what reason, i have less CIBIL score. Can anyone explain me? How to get it cleared. Now i am supposed to make next payment for my new House loan and i am in trouble and didnt get loan approved yet. Also, didnt receive the credit report.

2. CIBIl SCORE not recieved

I already sent a DD (142 Rs - icici bank - DD# 002133) and duly filled application form with attached Self-attested latest Bank Statement and PAN card copy on 21-Aug-2010 thru regular mail.

However, i didnt recieve the report yet.

Since the CIBIL address is a PO Box#, we cant send speed post or courier. Also, there is no way to get acknowledgement. It would be great if CIBIL can take online payment and provides report immediately online.

I was holding card of hdfc & icici the minimum dues i could pay promptly but some reason i cannot pay them now after settling all cards i am not eligible to avail loan the reason is cibil report i cant understand why these private bank does,for collection of due from me they have crossed there limit for which i have sold almost everything of mine but finally i got job in call centre slowly iam developing myself but when i got the offer of loan with same hdfc bank i applied but iam stuck with paper of cibil report the loan is not getting sanctioned after being loyally paid the amount & settle all dues with the settlement letter but iam hanged for the loan from bank. so pls suggest me what i have to do make other pan card or cheat this people that would be right being going is single path we dont get justice.

I have gone through all the matter in complaint box, My criteria is loan which I never took nor used still I am default in cibil, What is cibil? don,t you feel cibil is playing with the life and the career of middle class people,

Today my housing loan is getting reject just because of cibil report because bank has inform wrongly as discuss with bank, bank say it was system mistake, what was the amount Rs 142/- only, If it was bank mistake why I should suffer

I have applied for a Housing loan from SBI in Sept. 2010. Few days back SBI refused me to processed my Home loan as I have some outstanding in ICICI against Auto loan. Bank is unable to tell me as to which bank has put me in the defaulter list. I have applied for CIBIL report with one line payment and submitting all the required document to CIBIL and more than 15 days have passed and I have neither received the report nor any information

I have never in my life defaulted in any loan.

I just want to know where shall I approach to know why I am defaulter and which bank is showing me defaulter?

Can any body tell me how to know and whom to approach for the details of the defaults and how to get it corrected?

On the other hand I am getting daily 2-3 calls from ICICI Bank asking me to take Loan offers from Banks. If i am defaulter, why banks approach me daily for selling loan without any dosuentation just on the basis of my credit card.

Housing loan problem due to credit card, cibil report

Hi,

I have applied for Housing loan and it’s got rejected because of Cibil report. But now when I applied for Home Loan from LICHF, they rejected, b'coz I had settled my all credit cards (report from CIBIL).

Now please help me with the solution, how to get good score in CIBIL.... how all earlier record will be refreshed..... Please help me....B'coz I have already given the token amount to builder....

Could any one help me to know how i can resolve this issue?

Hi Guys,

I have read each and every complaint here. The private Banks never think before giving Loan or Credit Cards to a person and then they put hefty Hidden Charges and Interest on the Amount and make a person not to pay the Amount. Because if you will pay Cash in the Branch or get it collected from their rep they will Charge you money (100 INR) and Interest on that.

I have never taken any Loan or Credit Card from any Bank but still I get calls from all the Banks HSBC, CITI and ICICI to pay the dues. And when I ask them which Loan and Credit Card they give me some details for few years back. I don't understand if I haven't taken any money from them why should I pay them and for what reasons.

Can somebody please tell me that for how long does your Credit History remains in CIBIL?

I am sick and tired of answering 100 calls in a day from these Banks.

If there is any solution please update it.

Yesterday i visit to my bank the banker's telling My pan number showing in the cibil site they have mention the reason for Personal Loan & Credit Card issues. But i did'nt take any personal card and i have not applied any credit card i think this is wrong information showing from your side. please clear it immediately.

I had gone to Syndicate bank for home loan of rs 8 lacs
The concerned personnel told me that I have in all 4 out standing loans against my name.
There is one consumer loan which I had taken for purchasing laptop.
The details are as follows:
Loan taken from: Bajaj Finance
Start date: 29/01/07
Loan closure date: 1/1/2009
Loan Amt: 34000/-

There is another loan of 2 wheeler which I have never taken.
The outstanding amt is 20965/- Kindly provide me with the details so that I can reconfirm the same.
Kindly help me in geeting this cleared from CIBIL report against my name so that I will be able to process my home loan request at the earliest.

But Sir in Your report It is wrong information showing a Loan Amounting to Rs. 549000/- in my name. Though I have never taken a loan from any bank.

Kindly remove my CIBIL Report from website and help me for taking my Housing Loan from LIC Housing Finance, Guwahati.
