Life needs Associates - cheating company

I have applied for property loan in Life Need Associates. I applied
the land for 25lakhs. They verified the documents and collected a sum of
Rs.15,000 as processing fees on punjab national bank account no.3031000100478254at25/01/2011and dd of 5000/. life needs associate (reg) company after they gave sanction letter.
But still i didn't get loan and they are talking very harshly.
Nowadays they are not even attending the calls.Is there anybody who know
about this Concern. can i take actions against this concern?

These four people are such a crooks that they are ready to do anything for money.....they can even sell their children and wives in the market for money in punjab markets.........

I am also a victim of Lifeneedsassociates from Kolkata, In Last December they told me that my loan was secntioned and they send me the loan approval and they took from me almost Rs.20,000 for all of these and after that their mobile number was chenged, still now no body call me for a single time, so I am requesting to the higher authorities to stop this cheating and catch them ASAP.
