I was booked my flat in neotown Patel , Patel group was going to launch residential project Neotown in Greater noida UP. at time of booking they had taken money on base of G+ 14 floor building but now they increasse floor with out flat owner permission / concern, my buider has constructed illigle flat , they are starting Ilegales Bookings for this project by increase floor.

How can i stop, so they will not make Construction above the G+ 14 floor .

No one is able to stop this corrupted builder. I humbly requesting you to take legal actions against this builder so that all society members can get relief.This builder is harassing innocent people ,


Its really a horror story for us dealing with neotown Patel builders ( patel-ncr.com ) , Patel builder Greater Noida

my spouse mr. Makarand p. Duse had loan against property from u before last 4 yrs. Ur interest rates are going increasing after every 3 months . And my emi is growing near about 550/- rs. At first my emi was 10500/-- only and today it is 17046/-- this is nothing a small thing . I think after 2 yrs it ill get doubled. As per ur wish. Sir our interest rate is indicating 21% which is most higher than any other bank. Sir . I want reply for this complaint on my email otherwise i will go to consumer court against ur interest rate problem which is simelteniously increasing without any instruction.

You are requested to please check the approved plan of neotown, if construction is allowed till G+14 only then it is illegal otherwise the company may impound you for defaming their name.

And I have booked my own flat at the 18th floor in neotown after going thru the approved drawing. So please check before writing anywhere.
