Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken a loan against house proery loan of Rs. 5 Lacs from GE money( Pune Branch) ( LAN NO.: HPNH00001426 ) in Dec 2007.
As per the loan terms, I had to pay EMI of 6825 for last 156 months @ 13.5 % out of that I had already paid the EMI of rs. 6825 for last 24 months. But still GE money has asked me to pay the EMI for 180 months more. I also came to know that when the interest rate were going up, GE money has increased my interest rate & now all the interest rate are bottomed out, GE money has not decreased the interest rate
It is very sad that even after so many inquiries no information is received from GE money.Till date I have not received any information regarding Current rate of interest & no. of EMI remaining to be paid to GE money.
.So I would like to file complaint against GE money Pune Branch).

So hereby I request you to guide me in the above matter.
